Shipping/Returns
We offer shipping across Australia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Please ensure that all shipping details provided are correct, as we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
Returns:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns for faulty items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos of the fault. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is faulty.
